[ Campaign review ] · Prepared for Success Resources
The full review of the first French edition of the Millionaire Mind Intensive, from the first day of sales to October 27, 2026. Every figure comes from actual sales, not from ad platform estimates.
[ At a glance ]
From 43 orders. The August buy one, get one offer doubled the first 13.
€18,268 already collected. The rest comes in with the instalment plans.
Meta only, seven campaigns, from August 7 to October 27.
Every euro spent on ads brought in three euros of sales.
At €10.11 each. 6.6% of them became customers.
Ad cost of one filled seat, against €352 of sales per seat.
[ The seats ]
What the checkout records.
43 paid orders for the seminar, from 42 buyers.
August 1 to 23.
"Buy one seat, get one free": every order in that period opened two seats.
What matters on December 4.
56 attendees expected, across two packages.
Orders placed from March to May 2026, at €29 and €156, were for the Brussels edition in June. They are excluded from this review, as are three purchases of other catalogue products (€261).
[ Profitability ][ Source: site checkout · 10/28/2026 ]
€19,735 in sales for €6,582 in ads. On cash already collected, the ratio is 2.8.
What remains of sales once the entire ad budget is paid.
Against €352 of average sales per seat. Each seat brings in three times what it costs.
Against €10.11 paid to acquire it. Each collected address is worth three times its price.
The campaign pays for itself three times over. This margin is before the cost of the event itself, venue, translation and staff, which sits with the organiser.
[ The phases ]
August 1 to 23
August 24 to September 11
September 12 to 21
September 22 to October 27
Buy one, get one filled the room twice as fast. Phase 4 sells at twice the price per seat: 14 of its 20 seats are VIP.
[ Month by month ][ Source: site checkout and Meta Ads ]
August remains the most profitable month: low budget, strong offer. The budget tripled in September without sales following; October matched August's volume, at a higher cost.
[ Acquisition ]
Free content in exchange for an email.
The engine of the setup: 634 leads at €5.18 on average.
Visitors, viewers, subscribers.
Retargeting has the best purchase yield of the whole setup.
Unknown audiences, straight to the page.
Lots of traffic, few buyers. Budget cut on October 27.
Meta counts 651 leads; the email list gained only 287 addresses over the same period. The gap, Meta forms not passed on and duplicates, represents contacts already paid for and currently unreachable.
[ From click to order ]
people reached, for 680,098 impressions. €9.68 per thousand.
landings on the seminar page, from 37,292 clicks. €0.74 per visit.
checkout openings. 76 go as far as entering their card.
successful payments, 43 of them for the seminar. 60% of entered cards go through.
Payment is not where buyers drop off: three cards out of five go through. Everything is decided before, when 1,680 visitors see the price without starting a payment.
[ Collection ]
€18,268, or 92.6% of sales. One-off payment dominates: 37 orders out of 43.
€1,278 across 4 instalment plans. Already sold, never collected, with no acquisition cost.
€189 due on December 2, two days before the doors open.
€3,663 across 32 orders: 74% of buyers attend the seminar in French.
One refunded order (€499), excluded from sales. Three card disputes opened in September, to be followed until closed.
[ Verification ]
43 paid orders, 42 buyers, 56 seats. Each order carries a unique payment ID. This is the figure used in this review.
42 contacts in the seminar buyers list. One for one with the checkout buyers.
16 purchases attributed to ads. It sees neither sales coming from email nor those closed after seven days.
Two seats sold by the organiser and by Success Resources went through the checkout: they are already counted.
Any sale paid outside the site checkout, by bank transfer, in cash or through a partner ticketing platform, appears in none of these sources. It would come on top of the 56 seats.
[ What's next ]
€1,278 of declined instalments, to chase one by one. No acquisition cost.
Recover the addresses Meta collected and never passed on: contacts already paid for.
42 buyers and 20 registered affiliates, only one affiliate sale so far.
At the observed pace of 0.52 orders a day, the campaign can still deliver around twenty seats by December 4, roughly €9,000 in additional sales.
